Three questions for Cégiu

To be or not to be! Have you ever faced this question in your life?

Luckily, I naturally look for solutions of my own accord and so far have always done so in good time. But I felt I was in an awkward situation when I found out during pregnancy that the maternity pay I would receive when not allowed to work after pregnancy would be far too low to make ends meet and no-one could really help me by providing the information I needed.

Have you ever had pension role models?

My parents were definitely pension role models for me, but their way of working was very different to mine. I didn’t have any other role models.

What pensions advice would you offer your younger self?

Set yourself up as a legal person. Right at the start of your pregnancy, sort out your options for staying afloat when you are not allowed to work after childbirth.
